have you noticed how people like to challenge you to the traffic light grand prix when you are in a scoob? i like to rev and watch to other guy shoot off at breakneck speed whilst i trundle along on my own merry way

enjoy the car mate and a few more pics wouldn't go amiss! afterall there's only 300 of us!

its a wrx. with ppp standard (265bhp). Has swrt fog covers and seats and gold wheels. its just a rarer example. also when insuring it you are insuring it as a standard car where as a wrxPPP would have to be insured as a modified wrx as ppp isn't standard.

Wink wrx 300

HI there,
I am a new here, but last week ordered a new WRX 300. I went for a test drive in a WRX with a PPP, the guys who took me on the first part of the teat drive scared the hell out of me...I knew they were quick but but to see it happen it a different ball game. Totally awesome. I ordered one soon after, in fact 24 hours after.
I am also think about getting the STi spolier at £400 for the chaps on ebay.
I have always liked the look of Subaru's but really did not know how they handle. Ohh my I know I will have a lot of fun.
I have been told that they can bite you hard so will take lessons in the future with a pro.
Later dudes

Welcome and congratulations on your purchase. Don't forget to take it easy for the first 1000 miles. I have had the Prodrive springs fitted for £470 fully inclusive and IMO a better spend than changing the spoiler. Don't change the look too much - keep it looking like a WRX300, there's not many of us out there... Prodrive springs and PPP = near perfection...

I cannot tell you how excited I am. I am so excited. Ohh man. I put my deposit down last Friday and am waiting on the delivery. Give it 3 dyas or so and it's mine. This is my first introduction to Subaru and a thrill it is.
Can't wait.
Just my old car to get rid of too.
The photos looks great!

Have ben told to take it to max 300 revs for the forst 500 miles then 4000 max for the next 500.
Does it really need this running in peroid? I do not know so your thoughts would be great.

its generally thought that sticking to th run in routine is good for your car. do a search for running in to find out more.

as for the spoiler.... dont get an ebay job. get a proper geniune spoiler from ya dealer. its just better

Default I Like the STi Spoiler

This is an E Bay Spoiler £400 fitted

I just think it sets the car off and enforces what they are all about, although like you say it is nice to be just cool, only just got this after a four year void and already p-off with the amount of saxo's & clio's with dustbins as exaust pipes trying to wind me up, it is fun though at the traffic lights, they given it all "plenty a smoke and noise" then you just cruise off laughin all the way, children they will never learn

Run it in properly, get the service done on time, and let the anticipation build - by the way what car are you moving on from?
