No need for post code of the pub, just park up at mo's (WR9 8QX, No.33 Ombersley Street, Droitwich, Worcestershire) and walk the subway, it's called the westcroft arms. If anyone wants food (ie BBQ'd burgers, hotdogs, chicken wings, etc) let me know.

The BBQ at Mo's pub is a regular Sunday afternoon affair during the summer months. Just bring cash. If it rains, there is a gazebo. Just been looking at the weather report and they forecast nice weather for tomorrow so Callow End might still be in the plans - Tony?????

Decent weather maybe - James & Gran - but I think the bbq coals will be the only thing that'll be hot! (or are you talking about your Gran)
Lets hope that when Tony W says "I think that big black cloud is going over" it wont mean certain downpour
See you all somewhere hopefully,
Matthew

Sorry that we didn't make it guys, but we needed a rest after a looooooong week at work and a hectic couple of days doing other stuff.
Couldn't post a message up here either, as Karen managed to use the hoover to good effect - snapping the telephone extension cable for our PC modem.
At least I'm now back at work and can access the interwebnet...
So, how was the pub?

hello from a newbie in the area
Hello
I have recently moved into the area and I am currently taking my car to scoobyclinic (chesterfield) to be worked on.
Once I get it back and its registered with DVLA I would be able to make the BBQs and other events.
I have a 1998 WRX Type-R V-Limited, 2door, roof vent, Sonic Blue, NO Diff control but with ABS, RA Gearbox, open block engine with a standard 300BHP when on 100 oct fuel. Cusco perfromance clutch and light weight fly wheel, Proflex suspension, Cusco 4 point front mount, 18" OZ light weight Race wheels, large bonnet scoop. It has recently had a complete engine rebuild with STI9 crank & bearings, Eagle con rods, JE Pistons, GearboX & rear diff bearings replaced at the same time. It has a Cusco LSD and virtually all drive is from the rear wheels (observed it on the 4x4 road recently).
Its in getting resprayed at the moment, then undersealed, exhaust system (as it has 2 cats on and is silent) and probably a APEXI FC ECU.
Look forward to being invited

Sounds like a serious bit o' kit. I hope you're intending to use it on track? You didn't mention the brake spec, though...
You and T5NYW can have your own little sonic blue Type-R club.
Hope to meet you soon(ish).
Squizz.
