when you say its reving up and down do you mean it revs at about 1500/2000 rpm till warm or iratic reving

just heeves up and downlike 1500 then 1000 and 2 secs later repeat if you get what i mean,, but when the car warm it stops doing it ,, but if dont use car for a bit it starts again ,
