It could be a number of things but try the free fixes first.

Try cleaning the idle control valve, it should be located in front of the intercooler on the inlet manifold, undo the two screws and give it a clean with WD40 or carb cleaner.

Reset the ecu after as well.

Check and save the link a post I put up for mark, it shows how to read the fault codes on your ecu.

yer maf's fuked m8 either that or idle sensor. my money is on maf.

 

right had enough of this problems on my car its goining in to get checked on some ones computer somewhere also pissed of with work feel like telling the gaffers to go and ram it where the sun dont shine

no its got to be over fueling plus its getting to about 90ish then spluttering .plus to top it of ive had about all i can take of where i work .but still havent touched a single ***

 

track machine bud yes allmost ready. new suspension finnished today thats why i was taking pix. do you like the exhausts? 2x double pea shooters. sounds like a bike!!!

once its legal ill be bolting on a turbo ive plans for a weld in cage and few other fancy bits. nothing ott as its just a fun car........boy am i going to have fun

 

if its over fueling it would be chucking out plooms of black/grey smog out the exhaust under boost. if you dont mind me saying please dont give it a booting whilst its pauly it wont do it any good and could lead to failure.

ok stew what time fella and where are you .just removed the plugs/cleaned them up as well noticed that two of the old COIL PACKS are starting to crack

there you are then bud. now go buy 4 brand new coil packs. do not get 2nd hand ones! you will love the diffirence

your spark is going to be very weak, thats why its running crap under boost. the spark is getting blown out because its not strong enough!

Best was a 13.01 sec. 60ft time of 2 weeks (2.2secs)
everyone was struggling for grip, ideally should be 1.8/1.9

It was glued but a little damp, wheelspin every time off the line

 

no ive left it as for a striped car it looks tidy + theres only about 2 kilo of it in my little ax so im going to leave it.

track day at donny on 6th then Time Attack on 7/8th, apparantly theres goona be a 1/2 hour programme per event on Motors TV, and then 1/2 hour for the drift championship.
