Sounds like water to me, are you sure it isnt just water evaporating out of the exhaust, its only a short run to work and back, mine does it.

Are you loseing water from your radiator ie are you having to top it up?

 

will check today goining to take the breather pipes of the ar as well to give them a clean

The internal piston seals are fine, its the dust seals that where split on some of the pistons so I've replaced them.

I'll take a picture this wekend if I have time to put them on.

 

If it is rough all the time then are the plug gaps correct, if it is intermitent then it could be a coil pack or lead breaking down, check if the leads are split or the rubber plug caps.
