Throwing stones off bridges....Driver killed!!!
I was travelling back from Whipsnade on Sunday afternoon and heard an almighty bang, and what did I see? A lovely 10 inch crack down my windscreen!! The missus says she saw a large stone just hurtling towards her!
I didn't see anything myself but we had just passed a bridge - thank **** that Scooby screens are tough!
Had I been just a little further back it would have missed the car completely. It just caught the edge of the windscreen. However had it been slightly bigger it could have been a lot worse!

Another one!
A moving car had its windscreen smashed when it was hit by what police believe to have been a lead fishing weight dropped from a bridge in Kent.

A Kent Police spokesman said: "These children are utterly stupid.
"The consequences of their actions could have been extremely serious.
"If this driver had lost control of his car then could have had a serious accident, maybe even death, and then we would be investigating a manslaughter."
Why would it be manslaughter?
Many previous cases, including the subject of this thread, have shown that it can result in death, so to claim that a death was not expected should not be a defence.

My supervisors husband was a copper on duty at the detention centre they brought the 15 year old into, he reckons the little ******** doesn't realise the deep **** he's in, he just has no concept of what he's done.
Thoughts go out to the poor driver's family and friends.

sincere condolences to the family of the guy killed, i had a lump of tarmac the size of a fist dropped on my rallycar by 2 kids no older than 12 a year or so back, luckily the laminated screen held together as it hit right in front of my face, a split second later or me travelling a bit faster and it would have some thru the sunroof onto my head.

Cheaper as well.
D
Why don't the damn police use some of the money they make from revenue gathering cameras to put CCTV on EVERY motorway bridge in the country. The scum wouldn't be so cocky if they knew they were being filmes and probably identified.
Hope the little **** that did this gets hurt while inside.

When they catch one of the murdering little oiks they should make his parents pay for the damage they have caused. That might encourage a few more to teach their children how to behave in society and also to take more interest in where they are and what they are doing.
