The second unit was damaged in transit by the couriers (Interlink Express) as explained to you. This was beyond our control. A 3rd unit was sent to you immediately and in perfect condition.

The Afterburner Vortex is handmade exclusively for us by Hayward and Scott, who have an excellent reputation, so I'm suprised by your comments regarding the quality of it - especially as you haven't yet let us know of this.

If you dont wish to purchase from us again, that is of course your choice, however I do feel that we have responded promptly to the initial problem and efficiently provided you with a replacement product, even shipped to a new address for your convenience. When contactedby telephone you seemed quite happy with the situation.

Regards

Neil

neilT along with many happy customers who have purchased items from you I will have no hesitation purchasing/recomending products from you

as with any industry there are slight production glitches, also i think you have been very accomadating to explore, most suppliers would of said f*** off by now!

I am absolutely puzzled as to what we have done to offend you to such an extreme.

I'm sorry you feel the way you do, but it seems that whatever we do, we simply cannot satisfy your requirements.

Iv got a sport special impreza, 2.0 litre. everything on its says turbo but it aint got one. its a limited edition for people like me who cant get a insurance quote under £3500 for a turbo. Just wondering if a afterburner would fit on mine and weather it would sound the same as a turbo.

When I purchased my 'Afterburner Vortex' from Scoobyworld as part of a scoobynet groupbuy, both Neil and Wendy couldnt have been more helpful ..... they were a pleasure to deal with.

As for the product iteslf ....... stunning!

Well, from a non biased point of view...

You seem hell bent on just criticising the company/product. If there is a genuine reason why you feel that you are not getting the service you expect then I reckon you should say so once and for all. Neil has done everything he can to help you judging by messages and emails you have posted yet you are still not happy. This thread is coming across as you simply wanting to rant off.

Fair enough, I know you are unhappy but you need to be a bit more specific if you think Neil is still being unreasonable to you because reading this thread I cannot see what else you can expect him to do. He has offered to replace the exhaust, what more do you expect from him?

This isn't a dig at you and I have no relationship to Neil or the company at all. It just strikes me that you don't seem to want to reach a compromise here and are simply intent on having an argument.

Sorry if that's not your intention, but that's the way I am reading things and probably the way others will too.

Good luck m8, hope the pair of you sort things out soon

Chris 2004,
Your scoob will have a flat four engine and unequal length headers just like the turbo. Therefore, i think it will sound the same but you wont hear the turbo whinning up. Being a riffled barrel you may get power gains...best speak to Scoobyworld.

My Vortex fits perfectly. Excellent service from Scoobyworld and H&S as usual.

quality was exactly as expected, fitted easily within 25 mins and does everything it says on the tin. Vortex is the way forward, don't be remotely put off chaps.

Thanks Scoobyworld.

Thumbs up Good Job Neil !

Neil - I'm astonished how professionally you've managed to keep your cool and try to help 'Explore' in light of his quite obvious intention to provoke a reaction. As has already been said, a lot of companies would have been much less diplomatic and helpful in resolving the issue than you have been.

Good job fella !

Alex.
