Having a Bad Day....

His IT defence was that I was cr@p & would've been sacked anyway & cited as a reason the downtime the company suffered as a result of Nimda virus
Doesn't sound like you have anything to worry about to me, Tim.
Look forward to getting your chance to put your side of the story forward at the tribunal and imagine what you're going to spend that compensation on...

Evening people,
Kinda forgot about this thread
Been v busy with the new job etc..
Anyway the last day to make a submit a claim at tribunal was the 13th of this month, as luck would have it it went in at the last possible moment, suppose the ex employers assumed I had forgotten

This thread makes for compulsive reading. Disgusted at your treatment at the hands of your previous company. I hope the tribunal goes your way and that you are happy in your new (ish) job!
All the best.

Oh no.. I've just spent about an hour and a half reading this thread and Tim's posting regularity has wained somewhat over the last month or so...
You can't leave it like this....
This is the first evening I've spent on Scoobynet for a long long time and I feel like i've been left dangling lol.
Perhaps he's got his feet up in Barbados after winning the case, hence the lack of replies.
Jolly good luck any way Tim.
