and congratulations on your win
Hey Tim,
Formed a BSB team? Hmm. Want a monthly magazine slot going out to about 80,000 readers a month? Only online at the moment but going to paper at Easter, I hope.
Give me a shout?
Cheers,

Just found this via the link I have kept in my favourites folder for months. Congratulations for getting justice at long last.
2005 has to be a better year for you than the last one. Chin up, look ahead, stride forward into a better world.
Cheers chappie, and thanks for probably the best thread this forum has ever thrown up!

I've just finished reading this thread, What an amazing story. I'm very glad that you managed to get justice, you really deserve it.

Yes, but it is not finished
How did the case go, what were the arguments, where is the evidence. Who was the employer, how much did he get, why was it not more than £10k??
So many questions....I really feel for this guy. I would like to know how he won in case it happens to anyone that I know. I'd also love to know who the prats were that did this to him as I live in the area and never want to buy anything from them.

I remember this at the time - it was just after I'd been shafted by my ex-company although nowhere near like Tim's!!! Good to see its worked out for him in the end and that hopefully 2005 will be less turbulent!!!
I'm gonna send Tim a text tonight and ask him to finish off the longest running thread in scoobynet history............I'm sure you're all dying to know the definative outcome from the man himself.
Watch this thread..............just for a little while longer
