Good job too

Christopher, sit down at the back and take your finger out of your nose..

David, stop kissing Helen. You may end up with more than you bargained for.

Phillip, you'll go blind.. stop it.

Darren, bl00dy nutter. Stop it or you'll hurt yourself..

Simon, stop being selfish..let Dan drive

Gary.. use a tissue.

(ps If your names not here, then behave, or it soon will be )

HB.. Showing your age now..

Not sure if I suit the nickname 'Privet'. Or should it be Mr Hedges, and you lot are in 5C?

Dave.. Gary hasn't got £5.20. But just in case he's found some down the back of the sofa.. £5.30

You know it makes sense! Don't you?

Hi guys and gals....

Another great meet up, as ever. Nice to see everyone again, and some, erm, make that plenty of new faces...

Al, he knows he can drive whenever he likes, all he has to do is ask!! Otherwise i'll have all the fun...

Let's get this karting on... Looking forward to that...

Oh, I believe someone mentioned Nurburgring as a possible WYIOC convoy of monumental proportions some time later this year, late summer maybe... Al rather nicely said "You can organise that one Simon!", nicely delegated.

So, rather than start a new thread just yet, please register your interest here now if you might be up for a blast on one of the worlds most famous racing circuits!! Thinking of September at the mo but i'll throw it to the floor.

Cheers kids.

Dazza - great pics Mate. Nice to see my bonnet scoop came in useful....

Al - "Privet" it is

Si - Karting at the Nurburgring.... Why not?? Karting in Selby doesn't quite have the same ring, although it'll be easier to make the time....

Oi, we're supposed to be going back to Rallydrive in september. No way I can spare the time or cash for the Ring so soon. I'll deffo need spare wheels for that. And better brakes, springs etc etc........

Some of us have bottoms in our pockets you know

Great pics Dazza, I'm sure no-one minds their no. plates being on show I've emailed Howard about the helmet, and he says you're banned

CB is absolutely right....

It's Friday, late night last night, early start, what am I thinking....

Al mentioned August last night, but I thought that would be holiday season for most, so September just seemed okay. Completely forgot about RallyDrive!

Suggestions then for this year, or not at all?

Oooh.. Loads of things to plan and do. Nice to have the choice though eh?

Simon, I didn't realise I had that sort of influence over people. Must be the Military training! If I do have that sort of influence, two things will now happen

1. Someone lend me, interest free over 15 years, £20K towards my new T25. You can even have a go.

2. I'm going to have a few words in my wife's ear..

Maybe the Nurburgring should be our BIG plan for next year? A few tents full of beer and a weekend at at the track.. now THAT..would be a good trip out. I'll even help you organise...

I'm with Sgt. Cook. We have a tent that has never been out of its bag. Can't think of a better excuse to try it out. Just one thing, if we're tenting, consider the weather/time of year. I vote for may next year, leaving plenty of organising/saving time.

I would love to go to a proper , recognised track day, but seeing that sooo many newbies and even semi-pros die at the ring, what about organising a day somewhere a little bit freindlier for the relatively track newbies to have a play without the danger factor, like a uk circuit up in scotland or even something like Le Mans?.

I suppose Knockhill, Crail or even Anglesey would suit. Could be expensive though. Some tracks demand $10k a day for exclusive rental. That's why open pit days are getting pricier these days. Now the websites done you could do a little research Phil

err I didn't have tell a porky and say I was working L8 so didn't mind mine on... Normaly i remove... but as we weren't doing anything naughty can't see it as being a problem... but I'll edit over the weekind... just in case any misstresses were visited on the way home....

Like the Whitby\ Scarb run one evening... if we could run over Alan with the idea... Also would like to do a evening or early morning run up my alltime Fav run. the nearest thing to a track day on the open road... Another for Al to contemplate...

PS hehehe I got to Nottingham and back today on £7.50... 140 miles @75 mph =------ unbelievable

in the diesel Cleo... the scoob does it with £20

I think if we go to the ring I could tow the Scoob with the Cleo and still be quids in! would look a bit funny though... or and I'd get there the day after

PS I'll put an easter egg in the Helmet... He'll forgive me...

What time on a morning do you do the Burnsall run? I could be tempted, but be gentle with me I'm often out that way on a tues/wed just for the hell of it (and the food at the Devonshire, Grassington. mmm!)

PS. The plate removal is to avoid cloning. Mine weren't visible anyway (too shiny ), but I thought I'd mention it 'cos I'm fussy.
