Talking NBO2 pics

took numberplate off pretty quick and got temps down from 92 to 77 then took the headlight out to get some cold air to filter too

either from the US (where i got mine from) or Japan (got a spare pair in the garage )

a good decal maker should have the RA decal on file i would of thought

Really enjoyed reading this thread. As you can tell from my post count I'm really new to Scoobys so it was all good reading for me

You've done lots of good work there, I hope you have a lot of happy mileage out of it.

P.S. Just as a side note, I thought all type RAs were 2 door and had no ABS. Oh, and this is probably a real noob question. Whats with the fog light covers? Why do all top spec Scoobs have covers and no lights?

so far it's a blast

type Rs are the 2 doors RAs are just lightweight race versions with no ABS

light covers are to stop driving lights from getting smashed, they're normally underneath

Exclamation So, i had a visit from the Police tonite....

i was asked if i was the owner of a white Subaru Impreza reg no________ at this point i thought i was in trouble (i might of driven over the speed limit recently once or twice ) turns out DVLA had asked them to check the car to make sure i hadn't done anything dodgy like ring it or ought lol

then they get to the engine number, some idiot had written it down as EJ21 on the V5, not only getting the wrong number completely but putting a 1 instead of a 0 took some explaining that did anyway they went a way satisfied in the end, **** knows what the neighbours must of thought
