I'll be sure to wear my belt with the extra holes, and my friendliest hat. Looking forward to meeting you all and a fun evening. I better start polishing now, only a week to prepare.

With the size of this months crowd, we ought to do a raid on the Buckles meet the folllowing monday. Their meet last month attracted a paltry 2 Scoobs and 1 ageing VW. Let's show 'em how to do it boys

Answered my own Q....

Have a look at the Google ads thread in "General" guys. This is horrible, intrusive and spoils the continuity of the threads. An unwelcome distraction......

Thumbs down

Whatever anybody does, DO NOT CLICK ON THEM, they might go away if we ALL ignore them.

I'm not sure about offensive. The ones on this page seem to be advertising Scoobs & Evos for sale. Extremely irritating though. Like I say, ignore them, like spam. But then again, spwm never goes away

We could use them for entertainment. Insert some random irrelevant words into each post and see what Google comes up with

Cheesecake, wheelbarrow, turkey, marshmallow, pumpkin, flux capacitor, crown jewels, ********, weetabix.

Dave - LOL at your very odd neural thought processes. Frasier would have a field day.... .

What's the first word that comes into your head, Mr Corrado? Err.... Weetabix, *********... Two's terrific, as they say, but three....?

All I can see is links to bl**dy loans. If they were nice for sale stuff, it might be less annoying...

It may be related to the song I was listening to at the time of posting. "Monkey let the hogs out", which, I am told, is about a guy who won an orangutang in a poker match

I'd recommend new. Fewer warranty issues, especially at WOT (wide open toe...)

Hey guys, you lot not a got a bed to go to.... Some of us are still at work...

The upside of working crap hours at night, is I get tinkering time on the car through the day (when I eventaully wake up). Oh boy, there is some serious tinkering going on over the next few days. All will be revealed at the "Bridge" next Thursday, but my motor will have a "New Face" to show off....

Cheer chaps
Simon
