Had this 2-3 weeks now i love it style comfort looks cant beat it ....




Omega pistons,
STi9 rods and crank,
built and serviced by TSL Motorsport.
New age 6 speed gearbox.
GT30 roller bearing turbo,
740cc inj,
ARP GrpN head stud kit,
TSL Multi-layered metal head gasket,
Ported and polished Gas flowed heads,
TSL uprated oil pump,
Walbro hi-flo fuel pump,
Top mount Hyperflow oil cooler,
Hyperflow monster FMIC,
Autronics ECU mapped by Zen performance, (Time Attack 2007 champions)
E-boost controller,
ceramic coated tubular headers,
Perrin 3 port boost solenoid,
Turbosmart SSQV b.o.v,
Helix clutch with 4.7kg flywheel,
K+N induction,
3"pulse extraction exhaust system,
TSL 100 cell anti-lag cat,

Car is 440 bhp 400 ft trq not the fastest but for sure the best car ive had overall in a classic.

Ive had 426bhp and 505 ft trq in last car was very nice but the trq broke 4 driveshafts and was a bit to much for the road .....

I think around the 400 area very good and not too hard to use in the type R.
Lots of fun to be had with the back end

Out of interest guys, what kind of torque can these Type R boxes take?? i know it,s a case of "how long is a piece of string" but is 300-330ft/lb ok to put through them??


Guess it,s how they,re driven too

Well that blows the 300-330ft/lb theory out the water then..

I am easy off the line but once going i can light up the tyres in 3rd i do try to be easy on the whole car really, so warm up and cool down, no hard starts.

Its all in the driving style
Dont expect anything to last long if every start is like your doing the 1/4 mile.

The wheels are 18inch Ultralite Spec's wrapped in Eagle F1 215/35/18 tyres
