Question No Problem

Very nice, although mines sonic blue, I always like the look of a white scoob

Are those 18" or 19" wheels?

I've just noticed you must have a very discrete fog lamp? Can't see one. If you browse though the pics, most of the import cars have a whacking great lamp bolted to the bumper.

Anyone done a good job of moving it to the rear cluster?

Last edited by HOUSEQUAKE; 10 January 2005 at 11:25 PM. Reason: Noticed no fog lamp

Mine was fitted by a Subaru main dealer (who lost their franchise for selling imports ) and has the foglight built into the O/S light. There is an unused hole that you can use for a standard bulb holder.

All you need to is wire it in. Mine actually has a UK switch next to the water spray.

What are the main differences between a V5 and V6 Type R? I am considering a px with my Type RA for a Type R.

Jonathan :-)

Seats:- V5 Grey/red, V6 Blue
Wheels:- V5 5 spoke golds V6 6 spoke Rays
Console:- V5 grey metalic V6 blue metalic
V6 has front bib spoiler and more aggresive rear wing.
V6 ltd gets a plaque while V5 ltd doesn't

No other differences.

I prefer V5 seats and I've put some V6 wheels on mine anyway.

Thanks Dave R! I wasn't sure if there were any performance gains on the newer version or mechanical differences.

Ah haa, because my soon to be Type Rless m8: the rear clusters on me car aren't crystal and I wanted de tango'd bits to match.

Might do the zenon bulbs later but I'm having it re-mapped by AndyF on friday, what with that and the new wheels and exhaust I just got...
