If you logon to a game that is using the DNAS encryption system you will be blocked...

I quote from Sony...

"“DNAS” retrieves information about a user’s hardware and software for authentication, copy protection, account blocking, system, rules, or game management and other purposes."

 

I have heard some games check for the dnas,others dont so its possible to play with modchip or cheat device.

all u need is a network adapter twenty sumin quid & broadband & as mentioned sum dodgyiness may theoretically interfear but if all above board then should be now probs.
In ralation to setting up i no jack but surely if u have sumwhere to hide wotever wires are needed then u can get PS2 wherever online

& yes GT was/is the best game for true car feeling but if i wasnt so sad then just going round & round various tracks wood get V dull but IMO playing against proper people shud add enough to make it a god send there are plenty of OTT speed BS games when u can crash & write off cars but there is only one really good feeling realistic racing game i've played on to date

I thought they had finally introduced damage on cars for GT4 ?

Is this now not the case, if so, then its another reason not to buy a PS2 or GT4

its ovb that the screen shots above arnt the proper ingame graphics

check the starting demo of gt3 out and you will see the same style of graphics there

the new screen shots do look better then the last ones tho
i still play gt3 quite a bit and have started to get a bit cheesed off with waiting for gt4

PG2 looks pretty good as well, but i dont have a xbox so that doesnt matter
gt4 with online play will be amazing (if they dont **** the game up = unlikley)

i think your best plan of attack is to wait until the game is released next year and then try and select the cars, if that doesnt work then i will asume that you have to unlock them sumhow

unfortuanly i cant give you anymore info as the game is not even finnished yet??

have you confused this with another game?

 

I have the game Completed all the school minitests but you have displayed cars that i dont have How did you get them,like the wierd toyota thing

you do not have the game compleated if anything you might have the prolouge version compleated but that is not the "proper" gt4 game

 

Yea i know i dont have gt4 the full game,thats not out till spring 04 I have gt4 prologue I just wanna know how did you unlock those last 4 vehicles

GT seems to get better and better, apart from the Concept version which was poo! Alot better than PGR, graffics were good but no involvement on the scale of GT.

 

Where can you read up on getting online with ps2, havent time ATM to trawl the web, and dont know anything about what to do.

GT4 looks like it will be worth finding out
