Hi !!

I was at Knockhill on Sunday to launch my new photography business but had to come on here and say I was very impressed by the Scooby turn out!!

With the Porsche day cancelled on the Saturday, I expected it to be full of Porsches....but it was packed with Scoobys!!

Very impressive display....some excellent cars on show. Enjoyed the track action too. Hope you didn't mind me leaving flyers on most of your windows...I was careful not to put fingerprints all over the windscreens!!

I apologise in advance if some of you go to Crail on Sunday and find another on your windscreen as I'll be up there for the 1/4 mile thrash!

All the best,

Stephen

That was my first track day ever in my scooby(white wagon),really glad it rained, made it more fun, even though i did come down duffus backwards and rearranged the gravel trap a bit!thank god for 4wd that got me out.Wasnt very impressed with the instructors driving in the t+C cars, overtaken twice on corners with about a 2" gap.
Did anybody see the ferrari driver and the blue 3dr cossie driver having a wee disagreement in the pits?sierra driver reckoned the 360 pushed him off at duffus, got the whole thing on video camera,if it wasnt for the marshall standing between them there would of been a scrap!
Thought there would have been more scoobys on track but the variety of cars was good, the black r34 skyline...wow,never seen anything come up the main straight so fast,a bit of a wuss on the corners though!
Dont suppose anybody got any pics of my motor on track?White 5dr with gold alloys.

Colin.

Yeah, i missed it too.

But the guy driving the 360 did block a few of the faster cars going up the main straight a few times.

I was just thinking there have been a surprisingly low number of photos posted from this event.

Every second person I saw had a camera in their hand and I was blinded by flashes every time I got to the apex of the hairpin.

i wasn't impressed with the ferrari, when u see a car like that in the hands of a really good driver then it holds your attention, whereas as i was easily bored watching that 1.

but the skylines.......

Col.....Numptie....Got a couple of decent panning shots of both your cars on track. I'll have them scanned and on my site within a couple of days.

If you like them, I can organise enlarged reprints for you both.

Cheers,

Stephen
