lol - well said Steven

Everyone knows that Red Mica is without question THE best colour for an Impreza (except for the over 50's who have an inexplicable attraction to all things silver ) The only people who call it pink are those that are jealous and regret their own colour choice

DBM = Dark Blue Mica (not as good as Red Mica )

Classic = the best shape Scoob (like mine )

what a set of b'stards you lot are

except for the over 50's who have an inexplicable attraction to all things silver
I'll make sure Ferne reads that one later Adam..

My scoob is now officially two years old! It's being serviced as I type

And as for classic being the best shape for scoobs... I sort of agree, but if you find pics of Fulham71's silver bugeye, I defy anyone to tell me it doesn't look fantastic

Anyway, I'm off again for a bit ya forum hooooooors!

Nice to hear from you Paul - thought you'd abandoned us?!?!

Pum - If you're bored and feel like doing some more woodwork, I wouldn't mind a 2-storey house building for my amp and CD-changer to fit alongside the sub-woofer???

I had an interesting experience last nite - went for a spin in Steven's wagon **** me it's fast! It is a completely different car to mine. I now want Defi's, Link ECU, water injection, 18" wheels, coilovers, FMIC etc etc Just need to rob a bank first...........

I'm off out for a few beers on Saturday night if anyone fancies it?

Steve

No mods planned, got another year on the warranty first.

Can't join you for beer, I'm on the south bank sat night, soz

Steve, if you haven't already don't **** about with suspension mods until you've had the bumpsteer and then steering geometery done. That will transform the handling (if you haven't already had them done??) - ask David Wallis what he thought about my MY96's handling

I was thinking get the wheels first, then the suspension and then the geometry & bumpsteer done. Then the Link ECU, water injection, FMIC, bigger turbo later?

But it's all irelevant anyway cos I've got **** all money

Some noisy twerp in a pink subaru with no exhaust almost woke me up at 11 am today, and what's WORSE is that he slowed down to stare at my car - I think he's casing the joint to steal it so he can get rid of his antique Ford model T shaped thing ;

Muauahahahahahah!

Morning!

Sorry for waking you Buzz! Just thought I'd remind you what a proper Scoob sounds like

Ads, was that you on your doorstep just before 7pm yesterday? I would have stopped but I was in a rush to get home to watch Sea Monsters!

Went for a drive out yesterday through Pickering, Dalby etc. Some nice twisty roads up there - we should have a trip up there some time.

Ooops - your neighbour will probably be wondering why an Impreza slowed down, dipped the clutch, gave it a few revs and shot off in a blaze of pops whooshes and bangs!

Who's Pum's mate with the import? Have we met him? I'll have to get Glen (with the white STi) to come too.

Paul - I noticed another Scoob in Garden Village at the weekend - blue classic parked near the triangle bit along James Reckitt Ave.

And what's the plan for a run into the sticks??

Hi guys

you probably already know, but Welptons, Hessle, have taken over the Scooby franchise in Hull from Jordans. I went to have a nosey yesterday - posted my findings in Scoobynet General under New Scooby Dealer.

It may be good news for us. Or not. But they do seem interested in what we want/have to say - and they will be wanting second hand motors, so good deals possible?

We shall see.

JordansHull are still the only parts supplyer for subaru, i went in last fri day and they told me that they will still be the main parts dealer in hull.
on a good note went to dentist yesterday and got a tooth out so no more tooth ache from today.

I was planning on calling in last Sunday, but didn't get there until 16:20hrs.

Prices will be of interest, as the likes of Motorpoint are still knocking out STi's a few k cheaper.

Well if Welptons decide to offer some attractive promotional opening discounts and good trade-in deals, I could possibly be tempted to get myself further into debt

Might have to pop in and have a browse.............

Does anyone know if they planning to have a "Grand Opening Night" or anything like that?

Question

Couple of questions: Does anyone know if Welptons have taken Jordans engineers? Have any of you got a de-catted exhaust and if so, where do you get your MOT's done in Hull??

MOT? Whats that?.. Oh, I remember.. I'll need one next year some time..

All you classic owners must have a wad of them by now

Sorry.. anyway....

Whats's this "run" ? Whitby? May be interested, if I'm allowed in my slow bug , although we only have 1000 miles (or less) left on our agreed mileage policy, so I may have to pass - she's got to last until January 28th
