Ou local council thought it would save money by handing out 6 months worths of bin bags at once rather than one a week.

Cue refuse truck coming round yesterday, picking up full bin bags and leaving a whole ream of new ones on every doorstep.

Closely following refuse truck was a gang of pikeys nicking all the bin bags [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img] - obviously to sell on, as those jakeys never use them themselves... /cattle-trucks/gas-chambers/burial pit/ anyone ?
