I had to send two emails and I asked them to respond to my second, they say they are packing them up for me now to test, that was 4 days ago, so hopefully not to long to wait now.

That would be nice, as it seems to have dragged on. It would be nice at least for some feedback

 

They're is a chance that they won't be able to supply my pads in a timely fashion - my brakes are through and making an audible noise.
Webmaster I shall post again if you want to offer my place to
someone else when I have total confirmation from the guys @ EBC.

Funny I thought a 330 brake upgrade fitted as standard to a UK300 would be quite a simple pad to source.
I even gave them the subaru part no# now they want pictures

IMO they can take as long as they like, I'm getting free pads

 

Three sets of free pads, in fact. No - unfair to complain, really!

 

2 Sets arrived today

 

Maybe once they have the pads sorted they'll start working on customer service

Simon, can you ask them who they have recieved the info from and list the names here with the response to when they expect to ship etc?

I havnt had any response from them and dont know if my mails are going into a black hole or being dealt with?

It seems that the pads are coming through now, though i haven't received mine nor had any response to my email.

 

I reckon the following 7 have their pads from the 20 - according to the posts anyway...

No pads yet, but then I had to send a photo of the shape I require for my non-standard calipers.

Jeez, only on ScoobyNet would people moan about getting hundreds of quids worth of free gear !!

i think people are moaning (actually they arent) about not having any contact so they know what's happening.

I recieved a mail today to say there will be a delay as i want different pads to anyone else. I know now i havnt been sending mails to the wrong address which is all i was concerned about, i am sure that is all other people want too, some feedback.

 

DocJock do you have a site that I can check my pads for shape size on (UK300) with 330 brake upgrade.
I don't want to have to remove everything to get @ the pad to take the sketch to put back to wait until these things arrive.
