Still toying with stripping the interior & caging it up - just dont know really
I say do it. Strip out the interior and if you dont like it, you can put it back in

Not sure about the cage though

latest update

At least mine (in its current form) is ready for TOTB I will be gallantly battleing for last place I expect lol.

My preperation for the event included 2 bottles of octane booster, a new set of spark plugs (fitted last night) - an oil change (completed last night) and a decat pipe

Decat will be fitted prior to departure on saturday lunchtime as I was too knackered/lazy yesterday to finish it off.

oh oh oh - forgot to say the Blitz Nur Spec exhaust is now no more has been replaced by a HKS Hyper - of which I can see needing ome pretty major modifications to the routing, as it appears to take the longest route possible to the back box lol.

Final checklist for TOTB includes:

Green Flag assistance - purchased & a high probability of use
Octane booster - hey I might break into the 11's with that & the N2O
Full bottle of N20
Beer

& some good luck that hopefully I wont pop the engine

see you all there!!!

a month & a half & not a lot has happened

have finally sorted an inlet manifold out just finalising the details next wednesday - the JUN one at £3000 scared me a little lol!

Today I ordered a few bits & bobs for the engine (minor stuff - cam pulley wheels etc), a three point rear strut brace, lower suspension cradle etc

Might as well make it handle as well as I can for my inadequate driving

Hopefully the updates will be a bit more regular from now on

Chris

Oh - I bought a new steering wheel now

STILL being fvcked around with the inlet manifold :grr: getting expensive all these calls to Canada

Think I may have bought a boot mounted alloy fuel tank for peanuts, designed for circuit racing! - saves me having a surge tank though!

Anyone know about firewalls & stuff for these? I assume i might need one in the bulk head

Must sort out my bloody warped disks soon

So much to do - if only it were as simple as building an engine & lobbing it in.....

Not much gonna happen at the moment im working my *** off for the next month, awaiting a part delivery of some chassis bits. The actual engine build should start in the next month (ish)

Oh the other reason im working my *** off is becuase I am about to do something very silly elsewhere
