Put a sign up saying "no parking - clamping in effect" then when you drive is blocked clamp the car and charge a release fee. If all goes to plan hopefully you can clamp your neighbour

 

Good revenge on anyone with a phone, landline or mobile is type their number into a fax machine.
Send around 20 - 30 documents on auto resend. And let it run.
Normaly each doc will resend say 5 times before bombing out. So the victim gets 100 screaching phone calls mimimum.

Be nice to his face and then in the dead of night put your black clothes on and cam ya face up..... out in his garden, dig up all his flowers, cut the stalks off them and re-plant them. A day later all his plants myseriously die ...Shame

 

You can hardly blame him for asking you not to park on his grass-most people would.As for his visitors parking on the shared drive,my garage is accessed by shared land and each of the 7 garages own the land in front of it.No matter how many times I ask my visiting friends and family not to park across my neighbours land,they still do-pi**es me off as I don't want to wind my neighbours up.
Chill out-thinking about it will only stress you out.It's not anything serious yet but could easily escalate.
