David,

no - that was just spilt oil / coolent from the service a day before ! [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]

think it's pressurising the cooling system this morning. blown the small cap of the silly header tank (low/full marked thing infront of the battery). & the top hose is very hard to squish!

but - then it could be a cracked turbo ....

I am at a total loss on this one & think it's just gona have to be expensive!
