No he's to busy, can't you hear that high pitched whine of a router/dentist drill.

PS any advice on a 3 port boost solenoid for over 1.2 bar ?

No worries Tony.

Hopefully the credit card bill will arrive soon so we can work out what they actually cost us..

Question

David,

From memory I think your car did 345bhp at Well Lane a couple of years ago, have you put it on the rollers since? If not, how much faster does it feel than when it was at 345bhp? 25% 50%?

Damian.

David ran 345 last October 2002. Then i could pull away from his car on the road, but only slightly.

I am now scared of what his car can do, i was gobsmacked at how quickly it pulled away from me, and that was on a very short runway.

The noise of his car again is shocking, i have to stand outside his garage when he turns the engine on, its that loud. I can understand why he wants silencers.

David's car is impressive and when the final mapping is complete it will be amazing IMO.

Steven

Still wondering why i sold my 2.5 block

Steven,

That was only light throttle in 4th gear..

Nice flames too

361bhp vs??

I really should grow up.. next time we go via different roads

oh and once the house is finished we will get another block for you.. either that or that turbo I see your interested in (yes i do read for sale ) will finally finish your engine off.

Thumbs up

David,

A few more replies on this thread and it'll break a 1,000. That must be a record for a forum outside of 'Muppet Forum' with the last post wins $hit.

Congratulations on such a superb effort with your car anyway. By the sounds of it though it would be too loud to go on the rollers!

Damian.

Unhappy

You bar steward, you said you were flo9gging the **** off it. Didn't think you were!

I have to consider Alans TMI-141s whatever me bob, to keep me going!, I had big plans for mine in the new year, but the house saw fit to those.

I have to say, if you were not trying then , if i had pressed any harder on the pedal i would need a new footwell

Steven

Is there any light at the end of the tunnel yet?

Does it all still seem worth it? (of course it does!)

I look forward to hearing you next time you drive through Leeds!
