he of course would bite wouldnt he especially after some beer at lunch.

All i can say is, i know 3 cars a very quick, passenger in 1, owner of 1, and followed the other

I think the last time we "played" IIRC we went off the clock in approx 1 mile, 3 in one car, 2 and a load of stuff in the other.

Now call me stupid (wallis dont you dare) but either i have missed the point and these 3 cars are just the same as standard or i am just dreaming

never fell over, you just did not have to punch me when i said you were a "puff" for even considering having a glass of coke

on that note i would also like to add that when i saw David at the bar on monday and said "that is for Charlie" whilst handing him £140.

The "Charlie" in question is infact a person called Charlie who i owe some money to, and David will be seeing them before me.

Punch the bloke to your right or my right, i personally thought the one to my left was a complete Tosser!

Steven, I thought it was you behind

(psssst - dont tell Trout, but I went off the Brid turning on the roundabout by mistake while he was right behind me, but I hope he thought I was going a different way home, rather than going 100 yards the wrong way and turning round.... :P )

Mine IS standard, except the backbox and a baileys.... does that make it standard? Surely the atmos DV wont up the bhp, and how much difference could a backbox on its own make?

I was using the "royal" you, and anyway I'd have swerved about more had I thought it was you driving

Oh, and my 1977 MkII Capri 2.0l GLX is standard too!

i know you were using the royal "you"

i would have waited till after the chevrons to overtake you though.

swerving cars on that road does not go well in my book:d. just where you overtook coming out of dunnington is where i had my accident

Unhappy

Feeling a little sad at the moment.
As mine does not have 300+ stampeding nags, I am feeling inferior.

Oi Wallace I need horses!!!

steve can I suggest you start a new thread entitled 'yorkshire meet every [whenever it is]'

It's not obvious that this thread is about a regular meet up!

OK, how about anyone who wants to meet up and have some grub with Truda and I, get there for 7pm and we can celebrate her birthday?

And bring your significant others - they can gang up in the corner and laugh at us as we drone on about shimming our valves
