Downpipe+centre+backbox..... Shhhhh!!!

Hi Saxo Boy
Yes. Im planning to replace the exhaust in the next month or 2. Unfortunately I am currently a bit busy at work and likely to remain that way till the middle of October. I was planning to drop you a line then and arrange something.
Im not overly fixated on the APS system (though I do like it), I just dont want the hassle of setting up the car without cats (MOT hassles etc). The APS system does have a sports cat and any other system I would consider would need to provide the same/similar feature.
Im probably overlooking a lot of options here, for example, mixing and matching between companies, while using a centre section (Power Engineering have one I think) that provides a sports cat.
Ill definitely have a listen to as many systems as I can before I make the final decision though.
Cheers

No probs
As a rule of thumb if you can change the centre section and backbox to anything and still pass emission with the big downpipe cat. Some have replaced the back-box and downpipe and scrapped through emissions with a warmed up original centre cat (I'll give this a try at MOT time).
For power and sound the two components you really want to change are the backbox and the downpipe so it may be worth looking at these with a sports centre cat that will get you through emissions easily. I believe such centre sections are £££ though
