Lol I'm sure we all would have done the same with the cash they were flashing at him, wonder what it sold for.

I guess we did, since we are six months late to this thread.

i do come bearing gifts though, we have removed the requirement to be a paid member in order to use the classifieds section, though new members are still restricted from that area. We've also given paid members a 'keyword alerts' feature that will enable you to set up custom alerts if there are topics you want to keep an eye out for in threads you're not subscribed to.

If anybody have membership issues or concerns they can contact myself directly or reach @IB Member Support for ScoobynetPlus questions.

cheers,
robb

Finally Robb I've been meaning IB for ages about not charging to sell on here. Abit late now as the buying and selling side finally collapsed a few years ago.

Never know might make a come back.

So what about traders then? Can they post for free? If so I'd contact Matty asap. He kept this site relevant for buyers for years.

When IB took over I bought lifetime membership.
After three years or so, they just rescinded it.
No-one at IB cared😡
Meanwhile, members were allowed to post all sorts of sh1te, but the same members whined when anyone gave it back...and Stu just banned whoever they whined about, couldn't be arsed to check what had gone on.
Meanwhile, more and more younger members arrived, know nothings who posted nonsense, argued that if it worked on an RS Turbo it'd work on a Scoob, etc, then whined to Stu if they got told they were talking daft, and guess what Stu did?
People genuinely trying to help, from personal experience, don't like being told they are only trying to stop the younger ones from "having fun" 🙄🙄🙄
So older, long standing, knowledgeable members left.
And who can blame them?
I've owned my car 26 years this year.
Done most things that can be done.
Know it inside out.
Used to visit this site daily.🙂
Come on every six weeks or so now.🙁
Thanks IB.
Many thanks Stu.

This in spades, poor sod never used to be like that either...seems to have some serious mental health issues.

Blimey over 20 years ago since I joined.
