a bio-weapons is not the same....I have never heard of, or come across, an official "bio-weapons" lab other than in films......but they would not be used to develop drugs etc

Gain-of-function labs are not banned in the US. The ban on funding gain-of-function was lifted in 2017 by the US. In fact it was only banned for 3 years.

They were not banned. What was banned was public money being used to fund labs performing gain-of-function activities. This was mainly due to several accidents in U.S. biocontainment labs. However, the NIH in 2017 determined GoF studies can be of great benefit in understanding how disease works and can be combated.

The only thing that will make anyone think is that you're either just blatantly trolling now, or you're starting to lose the final few marbles that you still had.

Even if you accept the very highest of estimates of casualties for the conflict in total (approx 1.5M, from 2003 to 2017), there's no way in hell that a full 20% of them occurred in just the first 3 weeks.
