For me IDHAS most grave error with all the nonsense posted is in presuming equivalence between the US\Western countries and Russia.
In my opinion Russia does not deserve equivalence in that it’s a regime headed by a despot rather than a democratically elected government. Russia demands respect from the international community but can never have it until it embraces democracy, same for China.
As Western citizens we don’t believe that the people of Russia believe in this war started in their name by a maniac.

Of course we are controlled in a way, if not there would be chaos.
But inarguably we have much greater freedom, reedom of information and a reasonably fair justice system compared to the citizens of Russia.
