I'll let Stevie answer on which lights he settled for (pretty sure it was the 700FF's) but they won't come with connectors, just bare wires. What you'll therefore need to do is cut the connectors off your existing lights, assuming they come with Subaru style connectors, and add them to the bare wires on your new lights. I'm also pretty sure that none of the Hellas come with bulbs but I might be wrong (certainly neither set of my laminators did).
Thanks, so the good news is, that the Scoobysport wiring should be fine for the new lights, just replace the connectors at the lamp end.
Are the lights you have called Laminators? Would they fit a 98 Turbo, do you know and was it an easy fix? Tell me more please.

Thomas.

Hi Thomas, I can't say for sure whether the Luminators I've got would fit the same as the 700FF as Hella have so many different lights. They would definitely need some modification if you did pick up a pair because they've got a three bolts which hold the bracket to the bar, rather than the OEM Subaru style bracket. They do however include all the tech diagrams on their site so with a bit of digging you should be able to check what else is similar enough to the 700FF which, thanks to Stevie, we now know work. Personally I don't think the Luminator Compacts are right for you as I've fitted them to a light bar as you can see further up in this thread, and I went for the all metal units to minimise light flickering and aid mounting to the bar. What you're looking for is likely to be the same as Stevie fitted to his (given your lamp size and aperture are the same), or are at least similar, and that's something that's easily tweak able to mount into the bumper aperture.
