Could you throw it where the top mount used to be? Should get good cooling.

my 2nd blobeye I had was fitted with an oil cooler in place of the top mount, was built and fitted by zen performance so would hazard a guess they know what they are doing.
Yes it had custom brackets.
Only pic I have

Pricey bit of kit that mate, more than double the price does look quality though

Would be interested to hear @stockcar 's opinion on what number of row oil cooler we should be looking at.

Happy Saturday scooby fanatics 🫡

instead of paying someone to fit my new stainless steel headers I’d
like to fit them myself. Does anyone have any information which may help me remove the old ones and fit the new ones?

also I’m going to wrap my new headers, again does anyone have any advice on how to do it properly? Thanks 🙏

I used magma-wrap on my headers years ago with stainless steel ties, make sure you wear gloves buddy......that stuff itches more than a cheap hookers gash!

Think the preferred overlap was about 1/4 inch or maybe 1/2 inch.

10mm is ok, 11mm do not hurt on newage cars or if You fit aftermarket engine oil cooler, some put 12mm on high builds. probably placebo on oem engine but for 10 quid more why not

there is NO 13mm (albeit there used to be a 9mm originally) and in general 12mm is overkill for pretty much all apart from extreme builds with external oil coolers, etc........
depends on exact age / model but all have been fitted by the factory over the years

Morning all, I’m changing the look of my car and therefore looking at getting rid of my mudflaps

heres a link to them if anyone is interested….not cheap ****….price wise il be looking for £70

I’ve also got a brand new genuine cherry red sti boot badge £20 posted 👍 thanks

EDIT: I will upload pictures off them at the weekend hopefully so you can see what your getting. They are cleaned meticulously every time I’ve cleaned the car so I’m pretty sure there in good condition

Hello all, here’s some pictures of the mudflaps I’ve just removed…there in decent condition-just gave them a quick wipe over…will take £50 for them…come with brackets and most screws but you will need some more.

Hello all, hope your well in this weather. Made some changes to the appearance of the old girl. Probably going to divide opinion but if I'm being honest-I love it 😍 I'm undecided on which mudflap stickers to go with. At the moment I'm waiting for a set to arrive so Thought I'd just see how both look then decide once the other 2 arrive, thanks.
