Blimey, that's a bit of kit that. Not an every day commuter.

My journey to work is less than 2 miles at least that's how i am justifying it

May be a little bit nippy in the winter, but if its frosty in the mornings you can always flip the windscreen up haha

C'mon guys,

5k for a Prodrive Bug it's got to be worth that in spares,

Happy to listen to offers on the Blue one as i know it's an acquired taste, i do have the stock backbox & scoop to tone it down tho

I wish I had the cash I’d love to snap the bugeye up as you say there was much less of the black than blue

I was looking for a black sti prodrive bug for ages and couldn’t source one before I bought the blue one...

it’ll get snapped on if you advertise it on other sites guaranteed

Being the Prodrive there is "supposedly" only 100 of em made,

Post #1 mentions a write off so take that as 99 or less now.

Most of RCM Engine parts & Block have been sold.

The rotating assembly remains (Pistons, Rods, Crank & Bearings)

The Coltec Stage 2 Ported Single AVCS Cylinder Heads (Stripped)

As well as JDM Inlet

The 4 x Sti Alloys with 4 x NS2-R Nangkangs

The knocking V7 Sti engine removed from the Bugeye @ 119k

As well as the two cars of course

Will listen to fair offers

Smurfy,

i know your not that far from me. RA Motorsport (Perth). Sometimes break Scoobs, would be a bit of a shame I know but cash is cash. It was sometime ago now but Andy (part owner in RA) told me he would give me more for my Bug than I paid when I bought it purely for him to break it. The info may be of some use to you.

Cheers mate,

I would hate to see it get broken, it wouldn't take much to return to stock either.

I can hang on to them and hope they soon go the same way as pretty much every other 90's early 00's Jap cars are headed. (Fingers Crossed).

I would be looking for £1k for Rotating Assembly (2.5 Crank, New RCM Pistons, Manley Rods & New ACL Bearings) Rods & Crank covered running in miles.

Would like to see what i can get for the rest of the parts as not much need for them tbh.

The Heads have Coltec Stage 2 teeped into them, must be of some use to anyone doing a build,

The Stock Sti Alloys are in pretty decent condition as are the tyres id reckon at least a couple trackdays left in them

Happy to take any reasonable offer
