So, running an ESL ive just lowered the injector scale to flow less fuel but am baffled as to why its more rich with this in place, it doesnt look any less restrictive than the original resonator.

all very weird.

If i cant map in a suitable AFR i will resort to going back to the resonator box.
Your possibly looking at this the wrong way. Maybe your intake is more efficient now so your MAF is seeing more flow so in turn dumping more fuel in which you will have to tweak in your MAP.

@Jaygsi
Yeah i did, this is a boost solenoid pipe which goes into the resonator delete pipe.

If i do the coffee mug mod to go back to the oe air box its easier to get the boost solenoid pipe to vta.

Yeah possibly although from the logs the maf voltage is the same at all points with/without the mod.

Either way i have reduced injector scale down from 0.92 to 0.90 and the afrs are back to pretty much what the fuel table requests.

Well after running the coffee cup mod i decided to get an alloy equivalent made up, the coffee cup i used was plastic so gave a distinctive plastic resononce and also obsorbed alot of heat, registered 55 degrees C on the lazer pen compared to the rest of inlet tract at 30.

So, here is the alloy piece ready to install, might clean up the welds a bit more

Yeah not sure if it would cause a problem or not. Good work. You should make a few up.
