Iphone7 heat issues as well?

yes, we know that. Nothing new you're informing here.

Other than that, the word 'phenomenon' was in relation to the battery safety concern. So, nothing brain enlightening you're informing there.

I thought you and Jack were the wisdom of everything? but going back to what I said above - a properly designed product should not 'explode' even if an incorrect charger is used, it will only take what ever current it needs. Correctly designed products have multiple layers of protection, the main PCBA and on the battery itself which should have layers of redundant protection should all else fail.

unlikely, but this is what our super genius idiot Jack assumed, just to give Apple some kudos for not being ready to use such a technology yet, albeit a technology out for years on Androids.
Tens of millions of Androids devices use Qualcomm fast charge (as well as the S7 Edge, Note 5 and loads of more Samsungs) and if there was a problem with this there would be far more devices going up in smoke.

Unlike you Jack, others are not blinded by a single company so much.
Its well and good applauding a product but your love of Apple is such that it has turned you into a downright troll.

Apple have not used fast charge because lightning doesn't support it. Nothing to do with testing and it's out donkey years.

As for lightning not supporting fast charging, I don't think you understand what lightning is.

It was clear enough. I DID NOT say that ALL Samsung models are blowing up and the phenomenon is universally seen in them. What I said did not ask for the response you gave; not at all.
You need to get out of the role of knowing-it-all and humble down. I think after our last internet convo, you think that I am completely brain dead, which is untrue. I was mostly playing with you there, and I genuinely credit and respect everyone who knows better than me in their specific field. That includes you. But your sense of knowing-it-all is going a bit too far since then; by giving out the peanuts that everyone knows. You won't know much in my field of work, but I will never try to make you feel like an idiot at every opportunity. Look, how Jack Clark helped me on that 'cat walk' thread. It was something really simple that I couldn't work out for myself (so what!), but he didn't make himself look as know-it-all and try putting me down for it on every other opportunity, or for any other IT related simple questions from me; ever!
Humility goes a long way.

lol you got the hump first hence my aggressive response. If you can't take it don't deal it, simple. And i have absolutely no idea what you mean by knowing it all. Seems you don't like to be corrected even when you don't know about the topic being discussed! Interesting attitude

I have been very clear again, and I am dropping this inter-exchange with you on this thread. Honestly, I like you, I've had some very interesting conversations with you on NSR, and I don't have any desire to argue with you any further.
Actually, no. Not leaving it here. You are wrong about me not liking for being corrected. Thing is, your attitude is the one that is stinking of unnecessary superiority. You corrected me for sod all on this thread! What you said made no sense for it being so unnecessary! That revealed that you're on a power trip, because you know IT better than I do. So what, man! Big deal!I hope you see that there are plenty of people here who know much more than you do.
In any case, Peace, man.

You cant even answer why Apple dont use fast charge other than sprouting shiite about Apple not ready for this tech yet lol and ranting on about android versions. Yeah we get it Jack, Apple release updates the second they are available to all the billions of fanboys around the world.. whoop whoop!
Jack, lie down and seek help. Clearly you cant take a bashing about here and are resorting to some drastic measures.
Must be your comment on wonderful mac sales and my subsequent link about Apple sales being shiite across the entire division that tipped you over the edge.
There is help available you know.

OK here comes the pie, a scrawny one to match your face.
Apple have already implemented fast charging over lightning, it's included right now, just nothing they feel the need to brag about and I'm not talking about using an iPad charger I mean 29w USB-C to Lightning.
I expect no thanks for having your pictures deleted, just do me a favour and stop wearing pedal pushers, not even metrosexuals wear those anymore. And I'd be careful inviting people to knock on your door, that's happened here before and going by the size of you the outcome would be the same.
