I have a hard-on for a Billet crank so it looks as though I am going for the Arrow 79mm. So moving on.......
1. Heads- what are the best heads to go for? the car currently has Dual AVCS I understand I maybe pushed to find some dual AVCS heads is this true and what do you recommend.
2. What FMIC should I go for that require no or minimum cutting. Perrin, APS or Grimspeed? Or would you consider the Chevron TMIC?
3. What turbo set up would you advise I go? standard or Rotated and what turbo?

V1 heads over bucket shims with a 9k rpm limit will do the trick....
You have no idea what you actually want or need. The best advice is to listen to people that have actually been there and done it. It will save you some very expensive mistakes.
And I hope you are going with porting and polishing, over size valves, double springs, titanium retainers etc. If you are going to have billet crank that has no benefit at your level what so ever then you need to go to town on the rest of it. Budget 3k for the work on the heads alone.

Front mounts speak to Jase at area 52. He is manufacturing some of his own which are alot better than the above.
Turbo wise. I would go for the smallest turbo you can for what power you desire. So that it still is nice to drive on the road.. maybe a nice rotated Borg Warner or gt30

What I meant, is that Immy is doing this build on his r205 if I'm not mistaken?
So therefore he will have the single avcs Jdm big port heads already No? As he posted above something about dual avcs?
Just get them reworked with race cams etc.
.......sorry if I've missed something

Man alive, just go to a proper tuner like Engine Tuner, tell them what you want and let them do the rest.
It will work out cheaper in the end and you'll have exactly what you want.
All this bitting and bobbing bollocks is only going to cost you more money and headache, just give the car to someone that has proven track record and leave em to it.
After all, money is no object.
It will work out cheaper in the end and you'll have exactly what you want.

So better to spend your time and end up with what you want than your money and end up with what you don't want.
What's a couple of months in the greater scheme of things.
Also ScoobyClinic (just remembered where you are) can give you what you want along with many others I'm sure.
