Meanwhile the people who have to live with this sh*t once you and you ilk have shed your mortal coils like to try and work out how to make the best of a bad job

Are you actually going to leave on the fourth tie of asking, or will you return again? It's like the Rocky Films, you just can't stop.....

No, you aren't. Or you would have gone your ways when I did.
No-one is arguing with you any more, so you go on and on and on having your little ladies' meetings, dpeloring those who have different views and AGREEING WITH EACH OTHER., while no-one is disagreeing.

And you can't see how utterly stupid you look?

Best of, ladies, as always.

The UK government made a catstrophic mistake in agreeing to to the EU'S negotiation terms. We're now in a position where we'll have to pay a large divorce bill, and THEN negotiate future trade relations. These issues should of been linked from the outset.

Our negotiation position was weak enough without that capitulation.

How can anyone have any faith in these utterly incompetent clowns?

We're now more likely than ever to end up with no deal, and that will be what we deserve. God we've screwed ourselves.

The UK Government made a catastrophic mistake offering an EU referendum!
The UK Government made a catastrophic mistake enacting article 50 before they sorted out their strategy!
The UK Government made a catastrophic mistake to hold an general election after enacting article 50!

All this government have done is make mistake after mistake after mistake! May has seemingly zero control over her cabinet! They are a complete joke and we're supposed to trust these idiots to get the best deal for Brexit!

They still keep harping on about no deal is better than a bad deal, but that rings more true for the EU than it does for the UK!

Of course I am...positive you're all like a bunch of old women, chuntering away, agreeing with one another.

TBH, what IS the point of a thread where no-one is arguing any more?

Makes a change, it’s usually you and your Brexit buddies grumbling away about how great this country was and how it’s all the fault of the EU and/or immigrants.

Gents, I must say that this thread is just 3 or 4 ardent remainers who come on and just agree with each other. They will regurgitate any negative news especially that spun by the very people we are negotiating with. Juncker or Barnier say that we are crap? DPB will provide a link within 10 seconds.

I mean if they say we are crap we must be right? They wouldn't have their own agenda would they?

Anybody who comes on this thread and expresses their desire to leave the EU and all sorts of abuse is hurled at them by this gang of three or four.

The assumption by this gang is that anybody who wants to leave is stupid, retarded, racist etc. How can one feel comfortable to actually come on this thread and actually debate the issue knowing that this gang is always waiting, frothing at the mouth ready to insult and swear at anybody whose opinion differs to theirs

What about those on here that point blank refuse to hear anything bad sad about Brexit? We had it all through the lead up to the referendum even suggesting there maybe negatives to Brexit was shouted down as nonsense or scaremongering.

You can say as many bad things about Brexit as you like, that's your opinion and I respect your right to have it.

The problem is that people on this thread don't stop at just voicing their opinion on the topic, they'll use almost every post to also berate and denigrate anybody who holds a different opinion to theirs.

And thats why this thread has become a personal discussion forum for three or four of you guys to just agree with each other that anybody whose opinion differs to yours is an idiot.

You guys seem enraged that there are people who refuse to agree with you. Thats not a discussion.

I'm not sure what point you're trying to make Ding.

Should I change my view of this debacle, or just not voice it?

I think the berating point is only partially fair, there's been plenty going the other way too.

I continue to be incredulous about the situation we are in, but I'm also hopeful that we'll make the best of it. Even though it's incredibly unlikely to be better than what we already have.

No I'm not saying you should not voice your opinion about the situation. Voice it as loudly as you like and as often as you like.

The issue is (and I'm not talking about you in particular) that many many posts will start with an opinion/news on why its a bad idea to leave and then predictably end with insults directed at anybody who voted to leave.

I stopped posting on this thread ages ago for that very reason and I suspect that others might have done the same. As a result the thread is just a small group of 'remainers' agreeing with each other that everbody else is not quite as clever as them.

I do understand that there are those that feel very strongly that we shouldn't leave and are upset about the matter. However they seem to be in a constant, rabid fury over the issue and the fact that others hold a different opinion on the matter. This then translates into regular insults directed at all those that voted to leave.

Anyway, thats just my opnion, perhaps I've got the wrong end of the stick.

Have the outers not actually stopped contributing because there isn't really a positive to be had
its been a negative campaign based on the premise that the EU is corrupt organisation headed for economic oblivion , stealing our money and giving it to middle eastern/ex soviet (who hate us apparently ) / rest of the world migrants etc etc etc

Maybe iv missed the positive comments ? beyond the take back our sovereignty malarkey

Quick Reply: So Brexit seems to be a good thing then.
