So Brexit seems to be a good thing then.

I read a little snippet of a report today saying that hedge-funds and hedge-fund managers/companies who were adviser/donators to Johnson et al have over 8 bn pounds sterling invested in shorts basically relying on the UK economy to tank.
The mind boggles.
Also read a conversation about the EU fishing rights issue that is locking up a potential deal........UK and Westminster screaming about British waters and then someone chirped in with "when Scotland votes to leave the Union and apply for EU membership, Britain will lose 70% of the waters anyway as they will be Scottish waters, so stop whining" lol

we are desperate for one, they will present one to us, ready to sign in November - it will give them 90% of what they want, we will get scraps - but still sign
it won't stop the concreting over of Kent, UK hauliers requiring permits, no pet passports etc etc
it will just be **** instead of (by the governments own calculations) catastrophic
well done brexidiots
only 4 years ago we had the "best" deal in the EU - now an international laughing stock

Typical remainiac negativity, completely ignoring the wonderous commercial opportunities, selling drinks, snacks, magazines etc to the thousands of truckers stranded in their cabs for days at a time. This incalculable boost to our economy alone will make all the pain worth it!

Banning liquids was an absolute genius stroke - rather suspicious how that liquid bomb just happened to be found at a UK airport
Give it a couple of years to get the system up and running, then there will be a ban on carrying pies and pop into the customs zone!

Can see tough times ahead this next year for the North East , who all voted for brexit , while 60 % exports go to Europe.....

If you voted for it, I really do not give a ****. If you deliberately burn down your house, you cannot complain when you have nowhere to live

I was proud to be part of the EU, I felt it represented a very modern establishment of formally rivel countries forming a union, and with a desire to expand the union and prosper together.
Imperfect, but peaceful, free trade, free movement, surely what we would all wish for.
Nationalism, is always a retrograde step.

how are we doing Brexidiots
trade border in the UK's internal market (NI)
Internal travel restrictions in the UK (Kent)
Concreting over the SE - and all to get a ****tier deal than we had
what amusing (thankfully I have always though Kent a ****hole) is that Brexidiots sort of assume this is temporary = err NO, this is it, it genuinely is not "just for Christmas"
the only way it gets "better" is if we trade less with the EU - then is gets worse, higher prices, less choice. more paper work
if it gets better and we trade more with the EU - then it gets worse, more traffic, more pollution. more truckers pissing in hedgerows, more paperwork, more concrete
oh and not just Kent - all the regions that trade with the EU
what hilarious kunts you brexiters are

The Swiss people clearly have a much better understanding about the idea and reality of taking back control in a world economy!
