The Union Flag is my flag, I have only ever thought of myself as British. Most of the people I know now waving the flag, never identified with that it, they would always describe themselves as English. I do wish they'd knock it off.
They're insecure people with low IQ, Martin. You know, thuggish football hooliganist types.

A secure Briton/Englishman will always fly a metaphorical Union Flag in his/her heart and even a real one on his/her chimney. Not in such an intimidating fashion, when Great Britain is at the verge of self-destruction. I'm sure such Brexiters' extra-ordinary patriotism will keep Great Britain all glued together perfectly.

Yep, back to Wessex, Mercia, the Danelaw etc. We could even have the Vikings back soon, claiming back chunks of Britain, Israel in Palestine style.

My God Turbohot. In any other context you would be condemning such a sweeping statement. Are all Indians thick? All women thick? Of course not. Please as per the subject of this topic, take a deep breath here.....

Sounds good does that, can see it going down well with the masses as well given the popularity of Game of Thrones.

You might want to tell that to all the people facing uncertainty around their jobs because they receive EU funding.

Afternoon, Loz, I hope you're well, my friend. I go to church in a village called Ogmore Vale in the Valleys. I see the tragic consequences of the mines being closed and the affect it has had on subsequent generations. It's a poor, badly educated, booze infected, drug-addled village in beautiful surroundings. They're the lucky ones: they've been deemed not sufficiently destitute to receive EU funding. The towns and villages that have received funding are even worse off. One of the aims of EU funding in these places is to give residents back a sense of pride, ownership and empowerment; an idea that they're not forgotten; the notion that they can determine their own future. The decision they made to bite the hand that fed them was an emotional one, a reaction to the perceived injustice of the haves and the havenots and deserves to be forgiven. There but for the grace of God go I.

He does have a point. Rather than the same 3 or 4 people talking the same thing day in day out, why not go find a forum with other like minded people.

Alot of you never contribute to anything subaru related so it seems entirely pointless posting here....

You don't have to own a subaru to contribute but if you don't have any interest in subaru related products car related matters. What really is the point ?

However the "others" lack of grace, you call it mourning. I would say its more of a show of true colours of the individual. Some I've held in high regard but have now made me re-consider that from seeing their reactions on here, both pre and post results.

Some have enlightened me by their show of positive thoughts despite the results being against their favour. We need more people like that in this country.

I'm waiting for a JDM Spec-C hatchback to pop up at the right price in the right spec+condition: Its No.4 on my list.

No.1 and 2 doesn't exist (135i X-drive, RS3 3-door manual)
No.3 is a RS4 Avant
No.5 is a Fiesta ST with a LSD

In the meantime, I'll post in here or procrastinate over my household plumbing

Now you're being thoughtless and uncaring. Poor Fat Thomas has no one to denigrate, insult or offer stupid advice to, and he's missing his fun proffering utter rubbish to innocent Subaru owners who dare to ask for advice.

The car threads on here are certainly dwindling and he is one of the reasons, where barely a thread, regardless of content, can escape his pathetic comments.

You have a lot to contribute to the car community as a whole

There are some who just come down and talk bollocks that have no interest in cars or anything to do with them....

Again...another article with inaccuracies.

On Thursday, they promised the economy would boom. By Friday, the pound was at a 30-year low
30year low, eh?

http://www.exchangerates.org.uk/GBP-...e-history.html

Today its €1.2319 to the £
On April 7th 2016 its €1.2358 to the £

So a low with just a 0.0039 difference....30years?

OK maybe the Dollar......

Today its $1.3681 to the £
On Feb 28th 2016 it was $1.3862 to the £

0.0181, ok a bit more

But come on...0.0181 difference from the last low only 4months ago is a world apart from a "30 year low"

So as Nick Chohen says, yes, There are liars. But, there is also sensationalist, Islamophobic, Iraqi war supporters who are paid to spout objectionable opinions by drawing from loose facts....need I say more?

Edit (I think I will say more ): To add, he had a dig at the Daily Mail readers (oh, the irony ) hinting on the line that there were OUT voters. Now I happened to pick up a free copy at the channel tunnel a few weeks back (I had a priority flexi-plus pass which included a breakfast, newspaper and access to a lounge/portacabin). The choice was broadsheet, or Sunday Mail....knowing its nigh-on impossible to read a Sunday broadsheet whilst sat in a fully loaded car, I chose the Mail, cynically thinking it'll be interesting to read what crap they put in there these days. Only to find low and behold, most of the BREXIT articles within it were PRO-EU!! I was shocked. Maybe it was a one-off, maybe its readers think differently, however maybe Cohen should just get back in his box with his digs at the public because of a paper they may or may not read.
