I don't care about sky+, recording TV or UHD. I get everything I need including unlimited 50meg Fibre BB, BT TV with HD and BT Sport and every channel sky offers and more including 3pm Saturday kick off's and PPV for under £40 a month....You can stick your £100+ a month bill and Sky Q up your ****!

Since canceling Sky TV last week , I've been getting calls from multiple random numbers. When I Google the numbers there is loads of people saying it's Sky trying to get u back or its a scam by someone claiming to be Sky. I answered one of the calls and right enough she said it was Sky and when I said I no longer needed TV she tried to "take my security details" to log in to discount my Fibre and phone.
I queried why would u just phone me to suddenly discount my net for no reason and that I'd started a new contract deal with the guy when I cancelled.
Aparently it was a special department. So I said I'd ring later when not at work and she said it was "outgoing only" and there's no one else can give me the deals they can and no one can put me through to them later

Sky have a dedicated team referred to as Win Back, when a customer closes an account they may contact you and see if the can negotiate an affordable price that works for you.
Win back deals are often more lucrative that retention offerings.
If you specifically ask to be removed from marketing they will not contact you.
They do operate outbound calls as they are a dedicated team.

That's fair enough, but I cancelled TV as I don't use it so she said she'll work on the price off net and phone. But why ? Since when did Sky give discount for no reason ? They won't gain anything as I don't want TV so they have nothing to entice me !
Maybe I'll just play along and see what they'll offer. I'm just worried when I give my log in details that it could be a con.

No , English, and I could hear others in the background. Might ask next time why don't they just take the money off my bill without going through all the security ! I won't complain , why do u need permission from me ?
