if you had an ounce of sense you would have first gone in to see the service manager and explained the problem and showed him the evidence you had.
you then should have asked what you would like as form of compensation.
if nothing was done you should then have taken it up with subaru u.k.
then and only then if the outcome was not satisfactory should you have started this thread.
by putting it in the public domain the damage is done to shelly motors and therefore they dont really need to please you too much to prevent it becoming public.
i also suspect there is more to the story than you have let on and your bipolar attitude just adds to this.

I did speak to the service manager for him to say what do you want me to do about it, also cars like that are built to do it.

I am not saying that they are not built to go that fast but when it is not yours and is still cold then then that is not right, but yes in some way I should have dealt with it in a different way but I did not.

Now the 'story' is complete!

What a load of cobblers, I am actually feeling a little sorry
for Shelly motors for having to deal with the obviously
mentally I'll op.

Care in the community eh!

I'm still not condoning the 70 in a 30 bit but now beginning
to wonder wether it was the garage that did it in the first
place, which might explain the op's reluctance to got to
the police.

As I said before yes I could have dealt with it better but at the time when you have been told by someone what do you want me to do about it and that the car is melt to driven like that,
It does get your back up and you want to be heard, I do feel sorry for Andrew Shelly and have said sorry a number of times about the way I have dealt with it.

All I wanted out of this is that the person in question does not do it again because 71 in a 30 is wrong.

I can't see it happening again so case closed
