Mine hauls bags of wood and pallets of stuff most of the time then a few storage boxes with an inflatable mattress on top... camper.
Sounds like my Toyota Hi-ace I had a few years back, took all the panels off and filled them with hot water tank lagging, boarded it out and carpeted it used it in the week for work and the weekends it was my mobile bed-sit.
