At the weekend thought i should remove the tatty looking stickers from the rear, stuck to the inside of the window which was a bit of a pig to remove! But looks 10x better now they are gone and though id replace with a race dynamix sticker as it looks nice and neat.
Couple of pics with the Missus's Type-R
My little girl loves the car and wanted to help me clean it

Update:
The car was due a cambelt replacement, its on 66k miles and has only done 19k since the last cambelt 5 years ago, but they are due every 5 years and i like to keep it to the service schedule.
Took the car to SCC Performance in St.Albans, specialists in all performance cars, great workmanship, efficient, knowledgable and trust worthy.
They did the cambelt kit for me as well as a service, very pleased.
I also fitted my HKS SSQV today, was a bit of a pig to fit tbh as its a fair bit bigger than the stock item, and is a tight squeeze getting it to fit flush and sit nice, but all done, and i can happily say the car drives just a beautiful as it did before, and i personally love the sound the HKS makes, a lovely high pitched rally chirp.
Not sure why people on here say they dont drive well or idle well with BOV's but mine is fine, i can only presume that cheapo, ebay or fake items that dont hold the pressure very well are the reason for running issues.
Couldnt miss a photo op either when walking back to the car after a trip to shops seeing as she was looking shiny !

Carried on with some machine polishing as i only had a chance to do the backend before, so spent a while polishing up the front end this time, just the doors to do next time.
Some pics although you cant really tell in pictures, in the flesh it looks stunning...
Ordered up a new 3/4 sized front plate as well, it needed a new one regardless but the slightly smaller ones just suit the front end so well in my opinion.
Before:
After:
I also bought some new wheels from a forum member on here. Some lovely Inovit Redlines, recent refurb in beautful condition and wrapped in Vredestein rubber with loads of tread, even came with a spare wheel. Took the opportunity to get some D1 style tuner wheel nuts too.
Personally think they look great although the car could do with some lowering now really.
Also bought myself a nice decat pipe to replace my current prodrive sports cat.
Going to book in with Duncan from Racedynamix for a tweak so will fit it a couple of days before hand, and should nicely amplify the afterburner raptor i have now got. Hoping for some more pops and bangs too, although i get quite a lot as it is!
Really starting to like the look of the car now and how its all coming together, just need to get hold of some coilovers soon.

So yesterday took the car for an MOT, first one in my ownership.
Took it to my local place who i know very well but they are reknown for being strict, quite looked forward to seeing if the car needed anything.
Luckily it sailed through without any advisories, a true credit to the previous owner and the MOT tester even commented on how incredible clean and tight the car is ...
"You never see these cars in this condition anymore, keep hold of this" he said
The MOT history on this car is brilliant, ive every past MOT the car has had and it hasnt had an advisory since 2008.... Shows how well its been kept really.
Anyway, straight after the MOT i replaced the prodrive sportcat with a decat downpipe to go with the cat back Afterburner Raptor i recently fitted, so it now has a full turbo back decat system, and i can happily say the car sounds AWESOME.
Booked in for a map tweak with Duncan on Friday to suit the new system, good times
