Not really computer related but it's apple, looks like they are going in partnership with BMW to manufacture and Apple car

Makes sense partnering with an existing manufacturer, would prefer it to be someone other than BMW though. Some might argue that some Apple users are very much the stereotypical BMW driver (wakner in other words), so perhaps it would be a match made in heaven.

They did hire some ex Merc R&D chappy back in Feb as well, and I did think they also had someone from BMW too, but might be wrong about that.

Hope Apple car doesn't look like the BMW i3 as featured in the article (I actually saw it in the Independent's link that Markus posted). IMO it looks terrible with no style. It looks as if it has swimming goggles on.

Whoever Apple partners with, as long as their car is as slick as their other bling gadgets, even to look at, good luck to them.
