Recently replaced the front pads on my sti4 4 pots with DS 2500, bedded them in properly, but still after 500 miles when warm the front o/s pads squeals embarrassingly loud at low speeds aprox 5mph and under,
also had brake fade at the weekend after a hard drive generally the brakes feel good under normal driving, i am sure there was a similar posting recently but i cant find it, can any one help

I just stamp on the pdeal if its clear behind a few times at low speed... it cheese me off, but I have gotten used to it these days..
at least the dust is minimal.. unlike my Brembo fast road pads = brake dust of satan himself

 

you can sometimes have a litle "squeal" caused by the caliper being 'dirty'...............caused by residue from previous pads!!.....................having said that the ds2500 do have a slight issue on occassion with noise, though the subaru 4pot tends not to suffer.........
