M6 Toll road unmarked BMW New Years Day!!!
Was it you that was unfortunate to be pulled by a unmarked black/Grey BMW today on the M6 Toll? I was traveling North bound on the opposite side of the carriageway and saw a very nice looking Blue scoob possibly a P1 or a classic on the hard shoulder with it's hazards on and a BMW parked behind with hazards on, After i passed i looked in the rear view mirror and saw the blues in the BMW's rear window. I can imagine the scenario a 5 series BM sat on your *** give it some beans and 3 points thanks very much and happy new year.

And yet, doing 70mph, in heavy rain on a busy road is completely legal!
When the Police talk about 'making good progress' on public roads they cite conditions such as traffic density, weather, visibility, vehicle condition and road type as a reason to do flout the law........remember that copper who took out his new unmarked car 2 years ago and was clocked at 140mph on a 40mph road???

If its the dark grey one then WM Police have had that one for a good while - in fact its the only non-livery car I recognise locally. Anyone else seen them using any other unmarked cars recently?

They have also got a grey 5 series Bmw which I saw stop someone in Shirley the other day, a black Skoda Octavia vrs its a 54 reg plate, I have also seen around Coleshill /Hams Hall area for those who know it a black focus ST and also a blue STI scooby ,in fact the black ST tried to bait my son and his friend for about 4 miles by tailgating him in a 40 limit then overtaking and pulling in between his car and his friends car which he was following,...the police gave up when they realised that they were following law abiding 20 year olds, its not the best way for police to teach the correct driving methods to younger drivers if they are the ones who are suppossed to be influenced by other drivers.............
