Angry Help needed on wheel clearance? Pleaseeeee

Hi , I've got a hawkeye wrx the previous owner has put some coilovers on and a set of 18" redline alloys p1 look a likes with 20mm spacers. It's not dropped on its **** but the tyres are scrubbing over bumps and when loaded . The wheels nuts on it are at the end of the thread. So I'm looking at changing the spacers to 10mm and getting some more nuts but dont fully under stand the nut sizes that I would need as the thread would have to be long than the 1s that are on only other option is to roll the arches? But still not sure if that would work .Plssss help its doin my head in.

HI
The thread size is M12 x 1.25mm pitch , wheel nuts should have at least 6 full turns to be safe , anything less than this would be dangerous

Why does it need such thick spacers ? is it just to fill the arch or are the tyres hitting the springs

Cheers Ian

I've no idea what's gone on. I've jus been informed that a 7mm is the biggest spacer I can fit safely , 1 stud on each wheel is a lot shorter than the rest and doesn't have a nut on. So I'm now thinking they have been elongated
