evening all I have a set of oz 18 by 7.5 what is the best size tyre to be running. I have a 1997 tyre r if that helps

Depends on your suspension set up as well. My bugeye was running 225/40/18 with tein super street coilovers. To be honest it was back breaking. Ive gone down to standard wrx alloys now with 215/45/17 and its soo much more driveable however you can tell the performance from the tyres has gone so Ive gotta find a good combination now

depends really on what 225 40 18s you were running.i find the s001 potenza a hard ride but fantastic grip.best all rounder for me has to be kuhmo ku 37 or 39s .very quiet and comfortable

I got 215.35.18 on my blob and the difference
In handling is big any reason for this wish id of stuck with my 17's now

225/40/18 but on a a classic arch mods would be required or you will get definite rubbing 215 should fit without much hassle.SJ.

215/35 is the accepted value for the speedo to read closest to right.
