Default changing rear discs and pads

hi guys can anyone help im changing rear discs on my scooby its 57 plate wrx 2.5 turbo import from cyprus parralel import uk spec i believe to get the disc of you need m8 bolts i have bought two lots of bolts and they dont fit the pins that hold the pads in go through but i dont know what size m8 bolts i need any body got any idea

You got the caliper off? The bolts, usually M8 x30mm, screw into the two tapped holes on the face of the hub part of the disc.

You need to ensure handbrake is OFF and slacked off at the adjusters, then wind each bolt in a few turns at a time, the disc will drop off.

Stick a flat head screwdriver in the access hole on the rear of the disks

You want to push the adjuster down, I had to use a hammer to tap the adjuster round as it wa pretty stuck

Make sure it's adjusted enough so you don't rip the shoes off when taking the disk off
