How many miles are on them ? Have you done the high speed bedding in , quite surprised your finding that happening with the orangestuff .
Are you sure it's the pads and not the fluid ?
Cheers Ian

Hi Ian they have done about 1500 miles and I gave them some gentle bedding but now when I do heavy high speed braking it doesn't take long for them to just feel like its pushing two bricks together and stop being affective also yesterday they where smoking quite abit when I stopped so not sure

car doesn't get used that much

Ok that's normal then , you need to do a series of high speed braking to finish off the bedding in process , they will fade quite easily until its done , where you can , and do it safely , brake down hard from speed to about 20 , then carry on driving to cool them , don't come to a complete stop , you need to do this 5 or 6 times so they have totally faded out , leave them to completely cool off overnight and they should be fine then
Cheers Ian
