Give Ian, or his son, Ben, a ring.

We charge £85 per front caliper to completely strip them , paint strip , bead blast and either prime and spray and lacquer them the original colour , or we can paint them any other colour , or we are now set up to powder coat them but only have certain colours available at the moment.
We polish the pistons and chemically clean the seals , as long as they are not damaged they can be re-used , if they are damaged they will be replaced , front seals are £55 per caliper and rears are £40

We apply new logo's and pressure test them.

These are ones we powder coated last week

Question

Thanks for that Ian.

Is it likely to be the seals that would cause the caliper to stick?

Seals could be gone, causing piston to corrode?

It could be , but they are a good design and usually don't give problems , the biggest problem with the calipers is they corrode under the pad plates bolted to the calipers at the end of the pads , the corrosion lifts the plates and jams the pads in the calipers which causes the problems , when we recondition the calipers we remove the plates to bead blast the whole caliper so it completely removes any corrosion.

We have changed the seals in the Brembo calipers we have reconditioned , but most of the time they can be re-used , so far we have never had to change any pistons

Whats the price for refurb of 2 rear Brembo 2 pot calipers and 2 front Porsche 997 GT3 6 pot calipers?

Do you have a clue of how expensive the shipping from UK to Sweden for a package like that would be?
