Default Wheel size and suspension?

Hi

Currently I'm running 17'' wheels on my turbo 2000. They came with the car, and they seem ok.

I am wondering what would be best:

Keep the car as it is (i like the way it drives)

or, fit smaller, 16'' wheels and lower the suspension a bit?

I'm wondering what the best compromise of performance/comfort is.

Leave it as is.

Once you start lowering the suspension, you are in danger of also lowering the roll-centre, so the car rolls MORE.

Expensive to correct too.

Stick with the 17's and fill them with brakes!

Performance wise, lower any further than 15mm from standard and you'll decrease performance! At teh front you can get roll centre adjust kits etc to let you go a bit further, but at the back theres nowt you can do without modifying subframe lateral arm pickup points.

Your obviously not a form over function boy racer as your talking about 16's and performance instead of 18's and stance .... but performance wise you can get much biigger brakes under the right 17's.

Sounds like a plan mate. Shall have to find some super lightweight 17'' wheels.
Its all about function. No point spending money if it doesn't make the car better.
